I had the pleasure of attending The Makeup Show in Orlando on November 4, 2012. This show was at first for Professionals only, however, I found out that readers were able to attend by mentioning certain blog names. I attended thanks to Phyrra, which she had a giveaway for one ticket. I was impressed by all the talented artists that were creating master pieces like the ones below.
The only disappointment from this event was

*Nuance by Salma Hayek*
Over a month ago CVS had a coupon for a free "Nuance Salma Hayek AM/PM Anti-Aging Super Cream" which I just finished using. The small size of this product lasted around 3 weeks which kept my face moisturized day and night which in my case, it is a must. This cream is perfect for someone that loves the idea of two in one. However, this anti-aging cream does not include SPF protection which it was the only downfall. I also noticed that the cream seems a bit oily at first, but right after application my face felt refreshed.

*First Impression at ULTA*
Some say first impressions are everything... are they?
On Monday, I stopped at ULTA for the first time ever since I received a circular in the mail with a 40% discount on selected brands and $3.50 off a purchase of $10.00 or higher. Honestly, I love love love Sephora since it was pretty much all I knew. I really enjoyed walking around ULTA and not having anyone follow me as if I was going to steal something. Oh yes, I went to Sephora a couple months ago in NJ and an employee was following me just because I had a Sephora bag already and I went back into the store since I forgot an item. I guess she never heard of remembering what you originally went in for once outside the store. I do that a lot when I go to the supermarket for milk, then buy everything else except the milk.
Now back to ULTA...

*Kohl's Cares*
As most of us know, next month is "Breast Cancer Awareness" and I went ahead and added these items to my wish list from Kohl's. I know of only 1 person in my family that went through this, however, there are millions of females fighting each day and our small support goes a long way. Kohl's donate 100% of the net profit to support the fight against breast cancer. You may find more information

*Shoedazzle Dilemma*
Decisions... Decisions... Today I received an email from Shoedazzle that I have $15 to spend, plus $39.95 from a previous returned item. I immediately logged in and found so many new styles which I have posted some screen shots from their website below of my favorites. I wish I could purchase all of these, but my shoe/heels budget is very limited these days. I'm leaning more towards "Hurl" since I do not own a pair of tennis shoes with spike accents...

5. Purchases are followed by feelings of remorse - Guilty
6. You try to conceal your shopping habits - No need, my husband doesn't mind
7. You feel anxious on the days you don’t shop - Not as much as before
This article does point out the obvious, however, there were two things that caught my eye:
